Psychologist job description.  Psychologists are health care professionals that can evaluate the patient’s mental health and do psychotherapy. The psychologists that have a doctoral diploma are highly valued and they receive one of the highest levels of education of all the other health care professionals. 

They spend an average of seven years in education and training in the field after receiving the undergraduate diploma. They are solving the patient’s long-term and short-term problems on the therapy sessions, and all the conditions that may interfere with the physical or mental health of the patients.
